We use specialist sponges made from sanitised pulped wood. This makes the sponge extremely porous.

We then add eco friendly, non ionic, shampoo to the carpet and start the cleaning process. The sponges, when used with our machines, are hard enough to remove dirt and stains, but soft enough not to damage the carpet.

We then add a solution of ionic surfactant directly to the carpet, which boosts the cleaning process and dries incredibly fast, leaving no residue.

All left over sponge is taken up in our machines and can be safely disposed of in the same manner as normal waste.

It depends on how dirty your carpets and upholstery are. In most cases a moderately dirty room sized carpet will take 40 minutes and a sofa in similar condition would take 30 minutes to clean and dry.

Yes! Our products are all environmentally friendly and safe for pets and kids.

No. We’re more than happy to move any furniture for you and then move it back once we are done cleaning. We advice that you move ornaments and breakables yourself before cleaning if possible.
